HOW WE ARE LED 

We believe in elder led church. We aim to emulate the New Testament model; local congregations led by a team of elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4, Acts 20:28-31).

Elders undertake to lead through a warm, congregational relationship. This means that elders strive to model and “lead from the front”, setting an example that nurtures and promotes congregant’s participation.
